Julie Waller    I have always been interested in fitness, and started my fitness career as an Aerobics Instructor.  After having my first child, who was born with Cerebral Palsy, I trained as a Massage Therapist to help alleviate my son’s symptoms.  My son received regular physiotherapy and all of his exercises were Pilates based, through this I discovered how effective Pilates can be. He has recently been selected for the England Footbal Cerebral Palsy Development Squad – a real testament to the effectiveness of Pilates!

I trained with Pilates Training Solutions in Surrey, qualifying in matwork, working with equipment and have taken a specialist course for Pilates in pregnancy. In 2011 I qualified as a Level 4 Instructor specialising in lower back pain.

I teach Clinical Pilates and work on a one-to-basis with clients and also teach group classes.  I have worked at Bannatyne’s for over 5 years teaching beginners and advanced Pilates.  I also run my own classes and one-to-one sessions from my studio at Greatworth Hall.

I am qualified as a Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor offering post operative Pilates enhancing recovery, this can be carried out on a one-to-one basis or with a small group. I am also qualified as a Multiple Sclerosis Pilates Instructor using mat work and equipment for MS patients.

I found that I was being unwell, rundown and very stressed for some years, also being prone to catching anything and everything. A friend of mine suggested I should take a natural supplement called Prontandim NRF2. It has helped me massively, my immune system has improved, joint pain and inflammation has reduced and I sleep much better. Please take a look at my LifeVantage website Julierussell.lifevantage.com, as I would like to share the benefits with you.

I myself am not interested in the networking side of the business, but I do recommend the supplement products. Protandim NRF2 has supported my cellular health and well-being. The hair and beauty products have very positive reviews, but I have not had the opportunity as yet to try them.
